Erin lives in Spokane, Washington with her husband (and pastor), Norm, whom she met backpacking in Schladming, Austria while attending Torchbearers Bible School. Serving in ministry (30 years) together, they raised 3 sons and 1 daughter, and now have 3 daughters-in-love and three grandchildren.

 

She graduated from De Anza College with an AA in Early Childhood Development, San Francisco State University with a BA in Psychology, and Western Seminary in their Advanced Certificate in Transformational Coaching Program (ACTC). She has a Professional Certified Coach International Coaching Federation (ICF) Credential. She is certified in Enneagram and Divine Design. She coaches with Full Strength Network, (A membership program for pastors and ministry leaders). Erin is certified as a Level One Biblical Counselor through the Association of Biblical Counselors.

 

In addition to coaching, Erin serves as a leader at her church providing high-quality Christ-centered CARE to people going through a difficult season. She also serves in a Chaplain role as an Associate Staff at Anna Ogden Hall, Union Gospel Missions women's residential recovery program. When she's not busy with those things she enjoys biking, hiking, reading, watercolor painting, or hanging out with loved ones.

Helping clients FLOURISH is her desire. The heart of her work is to facilitate growth by helping identify strengths, purposes, values, core challenges, and setbacks, so they can overcome them with confidence and move toward embracing the unique person they are designed to be: mind, body, and spirit.
